This is a very rare vintage Wollensak T-1980 "Sound Room" stereo reel-to-reel tape recorder from approximately 1964.
Considered one of the finest in it's day this one is fully functional and tested.
All original chords, accessories and microphones are included.
The system includes two branded Wollensak microphones stored in the lid of the carrying case. Features the two Original "groovy" VU meters for monitoring levels on the left and right channels, unlike earlier models that used lights.
These machines were manufactured by 3M and typically sold for around $379 when new which was an enormous price in 1964
