Original pair of Gunlocke Walnut chairs. Courtroom Jury chairs, likely from Coos County Oregon.
Gorgeous design, beautiful genuine solid walnut made to last generations.
Has the Gunlocke seal and id number on the bottom which indicates 1921 but I believe this is model designation rather than date as they commonly had a digit number underneath for the model, not the date. The mid century design suggests 1950-1960.
Stunning set for any room and the tantalizing judicious history.
